Managed AI Phone Agents

AI phone agents that turn conversations into completed work.

Addie handles natural inbound conversations, completes approved tasks, connects with your business systems, and brings in your team when a person is needed. ATC designs, integrates, launches, and continuously manages the experience.

Arizona-based. Serving businesses nationwide.

From conversation to action

More than answering the phone.

Traditional call automation is often designed to route a caller somewhere else. Addie is designed to understand why someone called and move the conversation forward.

  1. Understand

Determine what the caller needs without forcing a rigid menu.

  2. Act

Complete an approved task such as scheduling, intake, an order, or a service request.

  3. Update

Write the result into the appropriate connected system or workflow.

  4. Escalate

Bring in a person immediately when requested or when the workflow calls for one.

What Addie can handle

One conversation. Real work gets done.

Capabilities are configured around approved business rules, system access, and the workflows that matter to your operation.

Schedule & Coordinate

Book, reschedule, cancel, confirm, and coordinate appointments or service windows through approved workflows.

Orders & Payments

Take or modify orders and initiate approved provider-managed payment workflows without ATC storing raw card data.

Service Requests & Tickets

Capture structured information, create requests, route work, and notify the appropriate team.

Status & Updates

Answer approved order, appointment, shipping, service, or request-status questions when connected data is available.

Capture & Qualify

Collect lead or intake information, determine needs and urgency, and move qualified opportunities into the right workflow.

Human Escalation

When a caller asks for a person, Addie attempts the configured transfer immediately and carries context forward.

Connected to your business

Built to work with the systems your business already uses.

The phone call should not become another disconnected source of work. ATC connects Addie with the approved tools and workflows needed to move the conversation forward.

Integration scope depends on available APIs, access, security requirements, and the workflow designed for each deployment.

Managed service

You run your business. We handle the AI.

Addie is not another piece of software we hand over and expect your team to figure out. ATC owns the implementation lifecycle and continues managing the system after launch.

  1. Discover
  2. Design
  3. Build & Integrate
  4. Test & Launch
  5. Manage & Improveongoing

After launch, that can include reviewing failure points, refining conversations, updating business knowledge, adjusting workflows, and maintaining integrations as needs change.

See where Addie fits

See how Addie could fit your call workflow.

Walk us through how calls move through your business today. We’ll identify where an AI phone agent could remove friction and where people should stay involved.

Where it helps

Add capacity where calls are creating friction.

The goal is not automation for its own sake. It is to remove recurring call work that limits capacity, interrupts staff, or lets opportunities slip away.

Recover missed opportunities

Give high-intent callers a useful next step instead of sending every unanswered call to voicemail.

Handle changing call volume

Absorb peak periods, overflow, and repetitive inbound demand without expanding the staffing model at the same rate.

Reduce routine interruptions

Let Addie handle recurring questions, status requests, scheduling, and structured intake while your team stays focused.

Move qualified work forward

Turn calls into appointments, requests, orders, leads, and connected next steps instead of another manual follow-up task.

Built around the way you work

The workflow changes by industry. Addie changes with it.

A restaurant call, a maintenance request, a contractor lead, and a manufacturing status inquiry should not follow the same conversation. ATC designs around the terminology, systems, and escalation paths that matter to each business.

Common questions

What businesses usually want to know first.

Clear operating boundaries matter. These are the questions we expect buyers to ask before deciding whether Addie fits their call workflow.

Does Addie sound like a traditional phone menu?

No. Addie is designed for natural conversation instead of rigid menus or specific trigger phrases. Addie should also be transparent that it is an AI experience rather than pretending to be human.

Can Addie connect with our current systems?

ATC can connect Addie with approved business systems and custom workflows where the required integration access is available. The exact scope is defined during discovery and design.

What happens if someone asks for a person?

Addie attempts the configured human transfer immediately without pushing the caller back through automation. If nobody is available, Addie explains that, captures the minimum useful context, creates the appropriate callback or request, and passes that context to your team.

Do we have to build or manage the agent ourselves?

No. ATC designs, integrates, tests, launches, monitors, and continuously improves the system as a managed service.

Can Addie make outbound calls?

Addie is primarily positioned for inbound calls. Outbound calling is available only through approved workflows.
